Cute shoe - not for high arches - I liked the shoe - really cute and classy. That said the strap falls high on your foot. This was a problem for me because I have a really high arch and there is little stretch in the strap. Incredibly cute but bad fit for my Flintstone feet - I was so sad to have to send these lovelies back! I have a wide foot and this style felt true to the D width I tried. Unfortunately, my foot is also tall at the ball of my foot and these shoes cut into the top of my foot so badly, no amount of stretching could possibly have helped. I have tried 10 or so pairs of Soft brand shoes since then, most with similar problems. The only ones that have fit me extend further up the top of the foot. The padding inside looks nicer than it feels but is much better than the most women’s shoes. The arch support was not enough for my moderate-high arch but would probably be sufficient for flat or moderate arches.

I’ll buy Sofft again! Very comfortable shoe with excellent arch support. Probably the most comfortable pair of dress Aerosoles Grand Jewel shoes I have ever owned. I wish the black would have been available because I would have ordered both. For Womens! Perfect girly shoe - The only way this shoe could be improved is for it to have leather soles and open toes. Than it would be awesome and great for tango!!! It’s adorable and very feminine - especially in suede. The leather (brownwood) lacks the romantic charm of the suede (violet and aubergine). I ordered 3 pairs to be sure to get my size. I figure I’m a true 8 1/2 with high arches, and a bit on the wide side of normal. The 8 1/2 W was big all over. The 8 fits except the toe touches in the front. The 8 1/2 B is good but there’s extra room behind the heel (a pencil just fits) though with the strap it doesn’t slip off. The big pluses are the suede flowers, funky colors, and super comfy heel. If this toe were the norm bunions would be passé.

Wobbly and sized big - I was notified when my size came in and was so excited to get these shoes because everyone gave them rave reviews. Zappos’ service is great - I got them the next day. But the shoes are not what I expected. My husband said they look like grandma shoes. They are a little big too. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 and these 9’s were a little big on me. And the way the heel is shaped, the shoes made me feel really wobbly - I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around in them. Aerosoles Grand Jewel Sandals, I am returning them. I was hoping to like Sofft as much as everyone else seems to. I just have to continue my quest for the perfect pair of comfortable black work heels. Sigh.

ought these shoes for my daughter - she loves them, she usually does not wear any heels, but these felt very comfortable. She received many compliments on her new shoes and they really look so elegant. I bought wide (that was only option available for size we needed) - but they turned out just the right choice. I love this shoe. I was looking for something I could work all day in and this is it. I did not even have to break them in. I am buying several more pairs. I advise anyone who has trouble wearing heels to try this shoe. Fantastic.

Cute and comfortable - I rarely wear heels because my feet require comfort, but these shoes are extremely comfortable and make my size 9.5 feet look small! I’m grateful that Sofft shoes are available in narrow widths. I LOVE these shoes! After having a baby and coming back to work in a place where I do a lot of running up and down stairs as well as quarter-mile sprints across campus, I really didn’t plan on wearing heels again. These shoes changed my mind. I cannot believe how comfortable, supporting and STYLISH these things are! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cute but not comfortable - These shoes are indeed very cute; however, I don’t find them to be comfortable at all. I love the way they look, but after a day of wear - and not even a lot of walking - my feet hurt.
